Exchanging Permit Dates

Hello all,
I have a permit to put on in early April of 1998. But due to family
concerns I need to delay my trip for about 1 year. I spoke to the
permits office who indicated that this could be accomplished by
exchanging dates with another permit holder. Is there anyone out there
with a put on date between April 1999 and October 1999 who would
consider such a trade?
