Yes it certainly is! Not even a qualifications statement anymore. Plus
you can walk into their reservation office and leave with a Cataract Canyon
permit in 20 to 30 minutes. It would be nice to have that accessability to
the Colorado River in Grand Canyon.

I think that by the time your 8th grader is old enough to get a permit (18
years) the system, as it is today, will not exist.
