I've noticed the thread on expanding shoulder season use and there was one
worrisome idea that came through earlier. Did anyone else notice it? It
had to do with encouraging private use in the shoulder season. If we want
to lessen canyon impact by shifting schedules, should we not encourage an
equal redistribution along the calendar from all user sectors?
