OOPS! I misled you. When I say "group" in reference to
commercial trips, I mean 1 or more persons. I _don't_ mean that
they have to make up a complete trip. I used the term "group
leader" to indicate that I am not proposing that each passenger
wait on the list. So, in terms of how people organize a "group"
to go on a commercial trip, it would be just the same as it is
now.
