Ok...I am not disagree about a NC elects the Alternate.
But what I say is that the name of the Alternate must be in the ballot
together
with the name of the NC. In order to keep and order in this issue, the
alternato
cannot be changed everytime the NC representative wants. It has to be
a procedure to do this. If not, every week or every month we will have a
different
alternate. Also this action intends to create a compromise of the
Alternate with
such seat.
