Carlos, I don't know if this is relevant, but on July 02, 1999, someone
named Carlos Vera <cvera@interactive.net.ec> from Ecuador submitted a
membership application to this list, for a different organization. I
have appended that message below. I did a quick scan of my archives,
and don't find any messages that indicate that the organization (UPADI)
was disqualified or resigned. However, it does not appear in YJ's
list.

On the other hand, there is no sign of an application for CORPECE that
I could discover. So, in my reading, you are a member of the
constituency as a representative for UPADI. It appears, however, that
you have moved on...
