Upadi needs establishing a bit more clearly how Carlos Vera is entitled to
represent them. As far as I know the organization fits the NCDNHC charter.
Corpece means Ecuadoran Corporation for Electronic Commerce and is clearly
at odds with the NCDNHC. Welcome to discuss but questionable in voting.
Carlos, I hope you can comment on this.
