Dear Milton,
to make a constructive summing up of the matter with multiple votes at
this stage, I believe that our most pressing need is in broadening
participation. I fully agree with you.
Maybe our next step in this discussion had better be how to start a new
stage of very active outreach and invitation to other organizations into
NCDNHC and other ICANN efforts.
Maybe (again, maybe) we should do some summing up of achievements (and
frustrations, if you will), at least for this constituency, and see if
they make a strong enough statement of why people and organizations should
join.
