Hi -- I've set up a temporary web page at
http://joy.songbird.com/ncc with information concerning the last
version of the charter, and other stuff like that. I also set up
an alias, ncc-charter@joy.songbird.com, for the purpose of
facilitating work on the charter.
Let me know if this is helpful. Perhaps, if we don't get too
carried away, we could get an approved charter sometime before the
next vote...
