Dear PAB Member:
This present letter is being sent to all members on the PAB mailing list.
However, it is being sent to you direct rather than through the "PAB List".
Some of our members have complained that they are not able to send *TO* the
List. Others say they have not been receiving *all* of the Email going to
PAB members.
We'd then also get an idea about how much trouble there is.
Please return the following *census box*:
[ ] Receiving OK, no problems.
[ ] Problems with getting onto the list
[ ] Problems with sending to it
[ ] Problems with getting mail from it
Please use the reply mode so that I can segregate your reply from regular
PAB List mail.

P.S. PAB membership is open to all who have signed the MoU. All that is
required for membership is that you check the little box on the MoU
signature page requesting PAB membership. We are presuming that you *did*
and that you *desire* membership.
