To avoid surprises, a short comment on our voting mechanism.
PAB uses a public voting mechanism. All votes are tallied automatically by a=
program and, at the end, they are published (who voted who). That is why=
the vote is taken care of by one single person. When votes are secret,=
usually two different officers count independently.
