I'd like to remove my previous objection to making the PAB discussions available to be read by the public. I believe at this point it is a good idea to make the discusion public, for many of the same reasons cited by others already.
I still believe that open participation by _anyone_ via the PAB list will make getting anything done virtually impossible, though.
