Even if I know that the two companies are not only separate, but have no=
relationship whatsoever with each other, and will probably vote=
differently, I would prefer that, at least one of the votes is handled=
directly by the second company, even if, as you said, you will be the one=
voting for both (which is fine with me). I think that it is not a good idea=
to *formally* allow concentration of power in PAB, specially because PAB=
will probably be electing most of POC.
