Re: PAB Consensus Call: Email archives

I'll support this proposal as it will probably get consensus, however, I'm
not sure I fully "like" the idea of making the entire list into a public
archive. I can see the benefit of making public the "minutes" of the
list, ie., the process and results of votes/calls for consensus, however I
do realize the technicaal/logistical problems in culling out just that
email.

I'd prefer the summary method, but will support the full archive.
