I support the proposal.

The contents of the PAB mailing list are already public, since members
consistently forward the notes. There is no way to prevent this and it
would be counterproductive to try. Better, instead, to acknowledge reality
and provide easy access for all.

In point of fact, there is nothing that happens on this list that NEEDS to
be private.
