Speaking personally, I have only seen at most about one piece of junk
mail on this list a week. I don't consider that a problem. If we
want to shut it down I think we should have an alternative in place
before we do. That alternative should be well-publicized, in
advance...
Any open communication channel is susceptible to abuse; the amount we
get from pab-submit is (pardon me :-) in the noise and not worth
worrying about.
