Jim,
Why don't you just get people signing the MoU rather than blathering on and
on about how you will only sign it if it gives you the potential to
overthrow the system. If you really can pursuade these people to sign, then
they will vote the way you say. If they don't, then you shouldn't be their
rep anyway.
Why not put your members where your mouth is?
