Change to Proposal for a DNSO Membership Committee

I would like to strike out, from the proposal I submitted, the word
"legitimate" in the last paragraph, so that it read: "It is further
understood that the Committee's function is to include in the DNSO as
many entities with an interest in domain names as possible,...", rather
than "It is further understood that the Committee's function is to
include in the DNSO as many entities with a legitimate interest in
domain names as possible,..".

The word legitimate is superfluous, since no interest in the DNS can be
considered illegitimate except from a partisan point of view, and serves
no purpose other than to suggest that some part of the DNSO, whether the
Membership Committee, the NC, or another, will have the power to
illegitimize and deny membership to a DNS interest.
