Yes. That is why there must only be ONE coherent DNSO: so that it does not have
to take its marching orders from this Interim ICANN Board. And I wish people
would try to remember that the Internet was supposed to self-organize and be
SELF-regulated. This means that the DNS interests are not taking orders from
anyone.
