To all in the DNSO discussion group, I have been following the postings
to the abovementioned group very closely and felt sad to see time and
effort wasted on generating unnecessary arguments and quarrels over the
mailing list rather than uniting all the possible efforts we can get
through all the necessary human efforts on drafting of possible proposals
to form DNSO appropriately. I hope we can all work together to overcome
the stepping stones of forming DNSO for the better good of mankind.
