How y'all are?
	How many private permits for GC are issued per year?  How many 
commercial?  What percentage of live bodies going 'down the ditch' are 
on private runs?  What on commercial?  Individuals, not boats.  Have 
asked these questions from NPS godzillas and gotten two kinds of 
answers: none and not any.
