I cut a lot of fat from this message, but the implication =0D
is that people who are not self-employed or willing to quit =0D
their job to take advantage of a cancelled permit don't want =0D
to go badly enough to deserve it.Bullshit! In my career, =0D
many other people depend upon me and I have over 20 years =0D
invested. The point of most people who have a problem with =0D
the current system is that it is heavily weighted with =0D
commercial users when the numbers indicate that there is =0D
much more demand for private use and that the current =0D
allocation structure for cancelled permits gives no =0D
consideration for length of time on the list. I am tired of =0D
the condescending attitude from folks who don't have much to =0D
give up toward those of us who have invested in careers that =0D
don't allow long-term absences on short notice.. This is not =0D
to knock anybody's lifestyle-we'd all like to be able to =0D
live like Gypsies sometimes-but don't talk down to those of =0D
us with mainstream jobs. Let's fix the system=0A=0D

individual effort
and dedication, and favors those who have made personal=20
