CHARTER - ONE YEAR TERM

I strongly propose to include "one year term" for NC representatives and
AdCom members.

I believe that the renewal of people is healthly and two years is to much
time for internet issues.

Please, express your opinion about this proposal.

I suggest to extend the time for charter discussion until 12 GMT of next
friday.
