This is another proposal that maybe equilibrates the other three ones
(including mine).
Alternates must run together with the main representative for the Names
Council seat in the ballot. Alternate period will be the same as main
representative. If for any reason, an alternate has to abandon his/her
position, then new elections for alternates should be done. If such
alternate abandones the seat having less than 9 months in such seat,
then AdCom will have the responsibility of elect a new alternate.
If such alternate abandones the seat having more than 9 months,
then the new Alternate should be elected from the members of the AdCom
that are not Names Council member.
