Mark clearly has jumped the gun, probably with the best of intentions, and
the IDNO members will need to vote on it.
Nevertheless, Milton's, Vany's and Raoul's support is noted and other
(conditionally) welcoming voices may help influencing a positive outcome.
Opposition from Dave and Kent can be equally useful as argument for
pursuing the application.
