And just for the record I witnessed with my own eyes a trip leader's
incompetence. We saw a trip leader throw 2 six packs in the river and take a
lighter to a flame to create a "fireball" for the amusement of the
spectators. We did in fact report it to to the appropriate authorities and
action was taken. But to those trip members both of those acts were
acceptable.
I, have met great commercial guides, but that still doesn't change my mind
that we need more private trip access.--tld
